Manufacturing and packaging bottles

The Pasquier Laboratories prepare and fill bottles reaching up to 1 litre capacity.

• The bottling line (in a controlled room) and packaging line process glass or various plastic bottles.

• The bottles are sealed with aluminium or plastic tops.

• Production rates can reach up to 8,000 bottles/hour, depending on formats. Cups, spoons, leaflets, stickers, etc. are automatically processed on a secondary packaging line.
